When we are challenge with obedience it becomes our goal. This no longer becomes a problem it becomes a big problem because of obedience. Obedience is a test we can't continue without succeding the test. I think this means when it says " instead of a stumblig block, it becomes a building block" is that the case have increase when it gets to a point when it a task you must finish.
