This quote means that people are important as what type of person you are. From the video clip that I Just saw to get this quote is a good example. Being a good person pay off the person in the video who gave the disable kid the ball and is from the other team has receive an scholarship because the university view this video over and over and thought they can use a person like to come to there university so being a good person than an good basketball player pay off.
