These are the 3 magic keys to living your life with integrity:
1. Have the courage to say no.
2. Have the courage to face the truth.
3. Do the right thing because it is right.

These are the 2 ways to become integrity. Be the odd one out to do what right. Have the guts to say no to what is wrong and do right. Do what is the right thing to do even if others won't do it. For an example from a video I saw of someone doing the wrong thing ended up being very bad for him in his life. He cheated in all his assignments which affect him from learning anything because he was constantly cheating on everything he does and when he graduated and find a career when the time came it struck him he didn't know what to do because he didn't learn anything in school and his degree is nothing but a lie. So if you do bad your going to feel bad.
